Shlomit Azati founded her company as a single employee crafts business based on a Kibbutz in the Northern part of Israel. Today she is one of Israel's leading silk and textile designers specialising in the hand-dying of raw white silk.

She and her artists draw their inspiration from the landscapes of Israel and the Galilee, giving brilliant expression to their abilities in a wide range of coloured materials.

Hand painted silk applique make up this lovely Challah cover with an off white background.  Shabbat and Yom Tov are also written in hebrew. Each challah cover measures 15" by 19". 

Colours, design, and style of lettering vary on each cover, as everyone is handmade and unique. No two challah covers are alike!
