Lynn Rae aspires to illuminate the Absolute by bringing the sacred into physical form and imbuing her art with an uplifting energy that the viewer can directly experience.

A prolific sculptor working in bronze, aluminium, steel and paper. Lynn Rae has been listed in the Who's Who of American Women. She hails from the West coast of America and her work can be seen across America.

This copper and steel candleholder, L'Cha Dodi, means, 'welcome my beloved' and represents the sentiment in Jewish homes as the shabbat candles are lit.  This Friday night ritual begins at sunset, represented by the vibrant coloured cloud, upon which a couple joyously raise their hands to celebrate the arrival of the shabbat.
